1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it (unworn, unused, with intact tags) and returned in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Process

  2. Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. The latest and nearest warehouse address for returns will be provided to you after you contact us.
  3. Please note: Items sent back to us without prior approval of the return request will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We will assess the issue promptly and take appropriate action to resolve it (e.g., replacement, exchange, or refund).

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, please note:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants);
  • Customized products (e.g., special orders, personalized items);
  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty products);
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases;
  • Sale items and gift cards.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you currently have. Once your return is approved and verified, you can place a separate order for the new item.

6. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order or return the item within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without providing a justification. To be eligible for return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it (unworn, unused, with intact tags), returned in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

7. Refund Instructions

  1. After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email whether your refund request has been approved.
  2. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks or credit card issuers may require additional time to process and post the refund, and the actual arrival time depends on the financial institution’s processing schedule.
